Simple Ideas For A Home Altar

Supply List:
Altar cloth
Candle(s)
Flowers- ( Fresh cut or green plants, etc.)
Statue(s) of a Sacred Heart of Jesus or Blessed Mother or favorite Saint, etc.
Rosary
Small Table

In deciding what type of Home Altar you might want. Look around your home as see what items you might already have.

Look at what statues, crosses you might want to use.
See if you have any materials that could be used as an altar cloth. ( samples, tables, cloth napkins, etc.)

Place for you Altar: Look for a place that can be used to gathering your family, friends, etc. A place that is peaceful.

Keep your altar fresh. Change regularly flowers. Change cloths to go with liturgical seasons .

Most important of all… Use your prayer center often. It will bring you peace and joy.
