- 2025 Official Confirmation Schedule
- Summary Form – this form needs to be returned by every parish scheduled for Confirmation two weeks prior to Confirmation (NO NEED TO SEND IN LETTERS TO THE ARCHBISHOP, But ALL letters MUST be reviewed by the Pastor/Administrator)
- Liturgy Form – this form needs to be returned two weeks prior to Confirmation – (This is submitted by the host parish if additional parish(es) are celebrating the Sacrament of Confirmation together)
